WW2 combat is a great day on the slope, but it does require as many pilots as possible.
Australian WW2 combat pilots
Aircraft Spec's
This is a new category of combat called PCS Profile combat Scale. The rules are simple . span 48"
nose moment from l/edge 8" tail moment from t/edge 16" to tail post of the rudder. the o/all length of the fuse would be 33" Note*nose and tail moments are a guide only .
Profile fuse thickness 2.0" enough to fit standard servos
root chord: 9" tip chord 6"
sections root E205 @10% tip E214 @10%.
all control surfaces can be off your choosing but for
damage control sake corro tail feathers and even ailerons.
This is not about speed this is a one class design profile
based solely on WW2 warbirds .
no EPP only EPS (cheap cheap cheap) More Bang for the buck
carbon maybe used to stiffen wings and fuses sparingly.
normal strapping and packing tape finishes.
Basically a block of EPS knock the edges of it and throw radio gear in it.
So lets show the Aussie's how the kiwi's do WW2 combat.
Let me know who would be interested and if you would like wings etc cut.
Regards Dave Pope.
