Ziroli 101" Junker JU 87 Stuka Dive bomber
Russian front paint scheme on this dive bomber and is powered 60cc - 70cc engine @ 25 -30 lbs

Here is the fibre glass fus just after it has been taken out of the mould.
This is the first fus that has been taken out of this mould so its not the best but
with a little filler she will look great.

3mm - 4.7mm plywood Ribs 1" Alumium Tube spar.

After a little time off from building ive got back into it and the center section is almost done.

3mm plywood rims for the main wing have now been cut out.

Foam cores cut with a hot wire.
Just needs to be glued to th plywood ribs

T.E balsa wood and (not showen ) 1/2" balsa L.E

Centre section and Main wing together for the first time.
Just waiting for the 2.5mm balsa wood sheeting.

Now i have gone a cut as much weight as i can from any were possible in the wing core.
Well its finally time to sheet the wings . I have used 2.5mm balsa sheeting
with gorilla glue as the adhesive.
clamp to the roof of the shed with 3 car jacks

Completed the sheeting top and bottom

After a long rest from the stuka build iam back into it doing the little
parts nobody likes doing (the control surfaces)

Time for the tail plane
Built up from a foam core sheeted in 1.5mm balsa sheet

Finally it time for the enigne
6.5mm 1/4inch plywood firewall box conneted to fiberglass fuss
and Rubber mounted with M6 Cap screws
The enigne is a 65cc petrol engine which will run a 22x10 prop
6.2HP @6800RPM running on BP 95 octane with 25-40 oil mix ratio

AS you can see the engine will just fot inside the enigne cowl Once i get around to it.
